BOOK DUAN TO SPEAK
Keynotes, firesides, and youth assemblies from an active Olympic sprinter. The mindset, the daily work behind the medals, and what it takes to keep chasing the Canadian 100m record.
About the talk
High performance, told first-hand.
I speak about high performance and the comeback mindset. I ran the Paris Olympics through a torn labrum and a sports hernia, then came back the next year to be crowned Canadian 100m Champion. That story translates anywhere people are chasing something hard.
Audiences leave with a clear picture of the daily work behind a Commonwealth silver, a Canadian 100m title, a World Relays gold, and the road toward LA 2028. Practical lessons on mindset, preparation, and coming back from setbacks, in my own voice.
Recent stages include the TECHSKIS 2026 Summit as an RBCx Olympian, the RBC Right To Play Power of Play Breakfast, the Lambton College convocation address in Toronto, and Right To Play campaigns reaching youth across the GTA and abroad.
